We process our users' personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with consent or where a legal basis permits.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When accessed, technically necessary access data (including IP address, time, page requested) is processed to enable delivery and ensure security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When you contact us via the inquiry form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, company, message) solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

The inquiry email is sent via the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc.) as a processor. Your inquiry may also be stored in our content management system (Sanity) for processing.

Your data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

We use the CMS Sanity (Sanity AS) to maintain website content. Data submitted via the inquiry form may be stored there as an inquiry. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

If a map is embedded, it is only loaded after your explicit consent. Data (including IP address) may be transmitted to the respective map provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
